DC-CCP Virtual Advocacy Day

DEAR MEMBERS,

I am pleased to announce the District of Columbia College of Clinical Pharmacy's eighth annual Advocacy Day on March 16, 2023.  This year all advocacy meetings will be virtual meetings via Zoom with health care policy aides in Congressional offices.  We will meet via Zoom on Wednesday, March 15 at 8:00 PM with John McGlew, ACCP Director of Government Affairs, to review materials and strategy to prepare for our meetings on March 16.

In our virtual meetings on March 16, we will discuss the critical role pharmacists play in health care, as well as how a Comprehensive Medication Management benefit in Medicare would help us to better integrate into the healthcare team.
