American Heart Association Heart Walk

Join DC-CCP and many others around the country who have accepted the challenge to help fight heart disease and stroke. 

The American Heart Association will be hosting a 1 or 3-mile walk on Saturday, November 3rd to raise awareness and donations. 

The walk will be held at the National Mall in Washington DC.
